About Me

"Helping people is my passion—whether in the back of an ambulance, in a classroom, or around the dinner table"

I’m someone who thrives on learning new things, sharing knowledge, and helping others grow—whether it’s guiding new paramedics through the fundamentals of pre-hospital care or simply being a reliable source of support for those around me. Teaching and mentorship are close to my heart, and I take pride in helping others find confidence and clarity in high-pressure situations.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, visiting friends, and winding down with a good glass of red wine. Family means everything to me, especially raising my incredible 9-year-old son who’s obsessed with space—his curiosity constantly inspires me to keep exploring, asking questions, and seeing the world through a new lens. At my core, I’m passionate about connection, growth, and leaving a positive impact wherever I can.

"Grateful for the Little Things, Inspired by the Big Picture, and Always Moving Forward with Love."

I’m someone who truly loves life and approaches each day with purpose, passion, and positivity. I’m constantly looking for ways to grow, improve, and elevate not only myself but those around me. Whether in my professional life or personal journey, I believe in giving my all, staying committed, and never giving up—especially when challenges arise.

I lead by example, with integrity and motivation, and take pride in inspiring others through action. Helping people, learning new things, and teaching what I know are at the core of who I am. Whether I’m supporting a new paramedic, raising my son who dreams of space, or simply connecting with others, I bring heart, resilience, and a deep appreciation for every step of the journey.

What My Co-Workers are Saying

I did not pay them, I promise!!!

I’ve known Sanford for I believe around 22 years. I’ve worked with him throughout the 22 years both in San Joaquin County and here in Stanislaus County. He’s a great guy to work with a great Paramedic and will do anything for anybody. Sanford would  take the shirt off his back for anybody if they need help. I’m very proud of Sanford for what he has achieved over the years. He has been a great partner at work but also a great friend.

Oh my gosh, where do I begin? Little Caesars Manager? EMT partner? Paramedic partner? Friend? All of the above? I've known Sanford most of my adult life, I can call him friend, colleague, hero, lifesaver, and he is all of those things. Educated, inspirational, attentive, caring, compassionate in everything that he does. Always looking to step up his career game to the next level. Sanford can be trusted with your life during crisis, and your friendship for life. I'm proud to have known him as he has achieved all of these things and look forward to his continued success as he uses his educational goals to his advantage pursuing medical legal law and clinical oversight.

I’ve known Sanford for about 25 years. In the 25 years we have worked together and became great friends. He is very loving, he cares, and he always lends a hand. We go on camping trips as a family and celebrate each other‘s birthdays. I consider Sanford family. He has brought many smiles to my family and I. He has also helped me through some tough times . My circle is very small, Sanford definitely fits well. Sanford looks out for his friends. He is a hustler, at one time he had like four jobs to be able to support his career. I recommend Sanford in whatever endeavor. Sanford is involved in the community with relay for life and also American Heart Association. We are very proud for Sanford in all his accomplishments.

I’ve been fortunate to have the opportunity to have known Sanford for about 17 years. He has been a coworker of mine along with being a great friend. Sanford is an outstanding, smart, hard working individual. I have always said if my family or myself were in an emergency medical situation he is who I prefer to provide medical treatment.
